Shipping/Delivery Policy

All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and final confirmation by Eden African Hispanic International Market. After submitting an order, you will receive an automated email confirmation summarizing your purchase. This does not constitute acceptance of the order; we reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory shortages, or suspected fraud. 

 

We accept secure online payments via major credit and debit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Payments are processed through Wix Payments, a PCI-compliant payment gateway, ensuring secure transaction handling. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored directly on our servers. Additional payment methods (such as PayPal or digital wallets) may be added in the future to enhance customer convenience. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the delivery address and current state/local tax regulations. We strive to maintain accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct pricing and notify affected customers.

 

Deliveries are currently limited to addresses within the continental United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected delivery speed. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Due to the nature of perishable food items, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from its description. In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after review.
